The Coad Group (Chester County Council on Addictive Diseases), is a private, non-profit organization. Annually, we serve over 30,000 Chester County, Pennsylvania residents within the topic areas of substance use/abuse prevention, intervention and education; highway safety; and mental health services. We provide services through our six program areas of: Alcohol Safe Driving Program, Chester County Highway Safety Project, Community Prevention, Educational Services, Student Assistance Program and Mental Health Services.
