With the aim of promoting renewable energy in Nepal, Hydro Village Pvt. Ltd was established in 2014. Hydro Village focuses on identifying and developing hydroelectric project. Since its establishment in 2014, Hydro Village has persistently been advocating from better investment policies, introducing sophisticated financial structures, harnessing global technical expertise, and importing quality equipments and innovative construction practices into Nepal. Hydro Village Pvt. Ltd. with registered office in Kathmandu-32, Nepal is building Myagdi Khola Hydropower Project located in Myagdi District, Gandaki Province in Nepal. Myagdi Khola Hydropower Project is a run-of-river type project with an installed capacity of 57.3 MW that generates 335.99 GWh energy annually. The project is located at Jeltun village in Myagdi District, Gandaki province of Nepal. The headwork is situated at the Kunaban/Myagdi confluence, and the powerhouse is located at Jeltun village. The project has a catchment area of 306 km2, and the design discharge is 12.5 m3/s. The generated power will be evacuated through Dadakhet Substation.
