The Mansion is a hospitality complex involving three main cost centers. 1)The cellars – a liquor, wine and microbrew package store 2)An Italian Deli, Bakery and Coffee Bar 3) a 300-seat casual dining restaurant including a 3000sq ft terrace overlooking the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. It is located on nearly an acre of property on the mainland side of the Melbourne causeway. Currently under construction with a target opening date of August 2011.
