Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is a multi-specialty medical group made up of over 115+ clinicians, including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants practicing in 22+ specialties throughout the Sonoma County. SMGR recognizes the importance of group culture as well as provider well-being. In 2013, the group developed and implemented a three-prong program that incorporates personal, professional and social aspects of engagement.
