The Leadership in Heels speaker series was designed to motivate, inspire, educate and equip people to see themselves as leaders and pivot their lives forward personally, professionally and in their communities. Leadership in Heels was founded by Scharrell Jackson, an Orange County business woman, speaker, and philanthropist, as a platform for like-minded women.The series has branched out to be all-inclusive for men and women in all professional capacities. With three events per year, each series includes a speaker, panel or “living room” experience, highlights a business leader and a portion of proceeds support a local nonprofit.
