I work alongside purpose-driven leaders to realise their potential. This could be by helping them to find or re-connect with their "why", supporting them in their career development or by tapping into their values and tackling their self-limiting beliefs so they can become as authentic a leader as possible. Whilst my coaching is not directive I draw upon my 25 years’ experience in leadership roles in not-for profit organisations. Whether it is building high-performing teams, embedding value-led cultures, leading complex change programmes, building confidence, setting goals and KPIs, or simply creating time u to think, there isn’t much that I haven’t experienced during a varied career.
