Services include acquisition and /or sale strategy formulation, negotiation, transaction structuring, capital raising, project implementation and post-merger integration. Since inseption, Matumi has successfully concluded over 100 transactions ranging in size from R30 million to over R1 billion. We are very selective about which mandates we accept and, as a result, we have completed over 95% of the mandates signed with clients for both sell-side and buy-side transactions.
