Geoff handles all discussions for IP appointments and interviews all candidates personally. Supported by co-director Sheona, who handles all other appointments, we match the specific job requirements with the candidates skill set, so there is a significant saving in time, ensuring that only the candidates best suited to the role are put forward for interview with the client.
