Our journey began back in 2018 as a micro-brewery, bar & bottle shop based in the heart of Hull’s resurgent Old Town. Here, we’re part of the newly refurbished Trinity Market, next door to the magnificent Minster, where we’re proud to work alongside a group of vibrant, exciting street food and drink outlets. We opened our doors in Grimsby on the 1st November 2019. Located just behind Grimsby Train Station, we’re an all-day Café Bar, specialising in a range of craft beer, local cider and wine, premium gin, and spirits. We also serve up artisanal coffee from The Blending Room in Hull, quality loose leaf teas and tasty home-made café food. We’ve tried to create a relaxed, family friendly environment where people can feel welcome at any time of day. We’re open from early in the morning to late in the evening, serving up a wide range of drinks and simple tasty café food. We provide free Wi-Fi, and encourage our customers to bring their four legged friends too! Much like at our Trinity Market Bar, we’re keen to support local creatives and food producers too. We run a programme of weekly acoustic nights (every Thursday), tastings, and kitchen take-overs by some of the town’s fantastic street food chefs. This ethos also extends to our range of drinks, featuring a wide range of local and regional beers, ciders, wines and spirits. We also have artwork from local creative Eve at ‘Black Gate Studios’ on our walls.
