The Alexanderwerk testing lab is located in the company’s Montgomeryville, PA, and in addition to roller compaction equipment includes size reduction systems, granulators and shredders, a pelletizer, a pneumatic conveying system and the company’s Modular Processing System which incorporates mixing, size reduction, pelletizing and extrusion capabilities in a single unit. Product testing and production trials are offered free for evaluation quantities and on a day rate basis for production scale quantities. Machine rentals, spare parts and comprehensive technical support are also offered. Additional company services include IQ/OQ documentation and execution, Feasibility Studies, Calibration Programs, Preventative Maintenance Programs, Block-Time Usage Rates and special Spare Parts Packages.
