Bentley Coaching bagan in 1990 as a personal performance coaching company. Since then I've helped people train for and race in over 1400 Ironman triathlon events and thousands of shorter distance events and running races. I've been voted Coach of the Year before and have had athletes win the World ITU Championships for Olympic Distance and Long Distance Triathlons. I've qualified dozens of people to the Hawaii Ironman World Championships and have raced there twice myself. I have personal bests in Ironman of 9 hours 21 minutes, half Ironman of 4 hours 11 minutes and a half marathon PB of 1 hour 11 minutes. As much as I can help anyone get very fit and fast, I have put much more of an emphasis over the last 10+ years on helping people get very healthy, age in a more healthy way, release excess fat and improve their overall health and nutrition.
