Low Carbon Lighting Limited designs, develops and manufactures high quality LED luminaires, specifically for application in street, outdoor, industrial and retail applications. Out technical team consists of lighting specialists who previously formed the backbone of the technical team at THORN Lighting Limited. Our key competencies include optical design - not only at a luminaire level but also at component level which allows us to design our own LED lenses and differentiate our products from the competition through class leading optical performance. In addition we employ a team of innovative products designers who have all been trained in Design for Six Sigma, and Design For Manufacture which means that we can manufacture our products in a Quality orientated way, close to market without concern about cost competitiveness. In addition to luminaire design we also run a sales and marketing organisation, a lighting scheme design service, and in-house installation team.
