Rebuilding Seminars

www.rebuildingseminars.com

Rebuilding Seminars is a 10-week program for anyone recovering from the ending of a relationship, are in the midst of the breakup, or who haven’t decided yet. The Seminar uses Dr. Bruce Fisher's research, leading members from denial to freedom resulting in a more whole and confident self. Classes meet every Sunday, usually from 6-9pm at the YWCA of Boulder Valley and are taught by two experienced facilitators/therapists, Norm Gibson and Mary Harbison. They teach with a balanced male/female perspective, and guide participants in experiential exercises that add immediacy and depth to each lesson. Rebuilding Seminars is known for its safe, confidential, non-dating environment. The Seminars are also guided by select Seminar Graduates who are trained to lead small group discussions, organize social events, coordinate refreshments and connect with the members as they move through the 10-week program. Although optional, we offer social activities that can be nearly as powerful as the classes. One of the great benefits of Rebuilding is the potential of friendships each class offers to its members.
