Saoirse Network is a consortium of experts who aspire to bring marginalised workforce like people living with medical conditions or dealing with illness or its aftermath into the mainstream's fold. This is a large and growing talent pool from an organization's perspective. More importantly for such workforce, Saoirse Network hopes to propel the voice-movement of these professionals' trials and missed opportunities; that has been lurking in corners of corporate corridors waiting for an organized and concerted effort towards equality and inclusivity. We bring core values of acceptance and empathy to our clients and coachees. We also offer our expertise to professionals from education and medical practitioners' communities for their well-being and growth. We work through executive and other forms of coaching and theatre-based learning interventions. Our philosophy is to: 1) help people showcase what they can do 2) accept what they cannot or don’t wish to do anymore 3) re-discover and redesign their identities at work.
