Custodian Capital is a property investment and management business, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Over the last ten years, we have developed and managed a nationwide property portfolio within excess of 85 properties, an aggregate value over £140 million and more than 1,250 individual investors. From March 2014, the majority of these commercial properties transferred from a syndicated structure providing direct ownership to a UK Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The rationale behind this was to provide clients with a less restrictive way of investing in the UK commercial property market whilst affording a greater level of liquidity. In addition to acting as fund manager to Custodian REIT, Custodian Capital also provides a structure that enables investors to purchase business premises and/or other commercial property in a tax efficient and flexible way. Whilst operating independently, Custodian Capital is part of the AIM-listed Mattioli Woods Group. This provides us with a robust capital structure, stability and track record for both clients and partners alike.
