Eddisons Incorporating Croft is a transport planning and highway design consultancy formed in early 2011 as Croft Transport Planning and Design and subsequently acquired by Eddisons Chartered Surveyors in 2019. We are based at our head office in Manchester city centre and operate throughout the United Kingdom with our current team of twelve. We specialise in providing highways, transport and traffic advice to predominantly private sector clients. Our clients are provided with unstinting advice and assistance along with a focussed approach to finding solutions to their problems from inception right through the planning process and beyond to construction. Our staff have spent all of their professional careers in the development industry and are uniquely placed to advise clients and help them fulfil their aspirations. Our clients include developers, house builders, land owners, retailers, food and drink operators and healthcare providers. Excellent relationships with other members of the development team are key to the delivery of our clients’ aims and objectives and we bring our knowledge of the planning process and our specialist understanding of transport planning and highway engineering techniques to each and every project we are involved in. This allows us to work with officers to identify potential issues early in the development process which is an invaluable alliance to expedite the approval process.
