The Russian-American Cooperation initiative is a U.S.-based NGO that evolved from a student-led organization at the University of Washington in Seattle. Our focus and passion is the future of U.S.-Russia relations because we believe that global security challenges and existential risks to humanity cannot be effectively dealt with in the absence of cooperation between these great powers. Our mission is to help build professional ties, advance dialogue and cultivate trust between the proactive citizens of both countries, while also raising awareness about the paramount bilateral issues on the agenda in Washington and Moscow.
