The Catskill Mountain Railroad is a heritage tourist railroad based in Kingston, New York, that began operations in 1982. In 2017 CMRR welcomed nearly 40,000 passengers aboard their various excursions. CMRR strives to offer entertaining adventures that celebrate the rich history and diversity of Ulster County and the historic New York rail lines. CMRR's 2018 season of events include The Easter Bunny Express (March), The Great Train Robbery (May-June), Peace Train (July-August), Rails of Terror (September-October) The Fall Flyer (October), and The Polar Express ™ (November-December).
