Counterbalance brings 10 years of experience treating and working with adults and adolescents facing life challenges, past or current trauma, and grief recovery. Medication serves an important role in mental healthcare. It can reduce symptoms and prevent relapses of symptoms. We have a board-certified Psychiatric Physician Assistant available for clients who need medication management and is offered via telehealth.
