QISA is an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and putting into practice the conditions that foster student aspirations in schools and learning communities around the world. The QISA staff understands that schools do not need more work to do, but better tools to do their work with. The staff brings to QISA and its partners a wealth of expertise reflected in their sensitivity to the needs of individual schools. They have studied, trained and worked in K-12 schools, colleges, and universities around the world and each holds an advanced degree. Their work with the 8 Conditions is based on personal belief and years of professional experience, including teaching and leading learning communities, writing and publishing books, and presenting keynote addresses and workshops.
