TotalLink invests in young people with disabilities seeking work, purpose, and a deep desire to contribute. We do this work because we believe in people with disabilities and the impact their contribution makes on a community. Our vision is to realize a fully inclusive community that values, accepts and respects the abilities, talents and rights of each and every person. We create employment opportunities that connect people with disabilities to paid work. To date TotalLink has placed over 115 people with disabilities in jobs. Our first-time job seekers have been in their jobs for over six years. We create social and recreational opportunities. Currently we have 85 people in our social programs.
