From our staff, experience and proven track record, to our technology, maintenance vendors and work ethic, we have developed and built a management firm that out performs the competition. There is plenty of management companies, but we insist on being better. We didn't recently start doing property management. Many real estate firms who recently entered into property management did so to supplement their income during the recent decline in housing sales. We believe many will exit the business when housing sales improve. We have been here doing what we do best, since 1985. We have property owners who have been with us for 10, 15, 20 or more years. We aren't in and out with market changes, we want to build an ongoing, lasting relationship.
