Our sole function is to evaluate and provide our clients with advice concerning the creditworthiness of their bonds. And because our clients hold bonds for years at a time, we provide annual (and more frequently in certain instances) updates of our analysis. Our primary service is to provide a determination of whether the initial and outstanding ratings assigned to a particular bond are accurate. We synthesize all available information, such as an issuer’s websites, an issuer’s financial reports, local newspaper articles, and filings with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. After reviewing all of the information we prepare a written analysis providing an assessment of the current credit and financial status of the issuer and its bonds.
