Program and process evaluations are conducted via robust evaluation designs (including developmental, exploratory and confirmatory) that utilize survey, interview, focus group, and observation protocols, case studies, and other mixed method approaches that hinge on innovative and thoughtful implementation practices like appreciative inquiry, rapid-cycle testing and human-centered design.
