The Cavin Cooperage is a family business located in the Chatillonnais (North of the Cote d'Or, Burgundy), on the doorstep of a forest offering best quality raw materials. The wine barrels are made out of 100% French oak (mainly oak from Burgundy). A careful selection of the wood (only oak with fine and extra-fine grain), a natural stave seasoning (no water or ventilation) and artisanal á la carte toasting with oak fire are some of the characteristics of the Cavin Cooperage.
