Bill for the last 20 years has motivated and inspired hundreds thousands of people and groups around the world by customizing his message based of his life long lessons of overcoming adversity and setting high goals with the unique ability to always accomplish them. Bill came from a very poverty stricken family of life on the streets, drugs, homelessness and foster care. he was told that he would not make it to age 16 and if he did he would be either in jail or prison for the rest of his life following the footsteps of those around him. Not willing to accept this fate, he made a decision at a young age to "Change his Stars" and find a way to accomplish the impossible. Bill eventually accomplished one of his main goals of representing the United States of America in the 2002 Winter Olympics where he and his team took home the first Olympic medal for the USA in over 46 years with a Silver medal performance. Now, Bill spends his days not only as the Director of Development for the largest Homeless shelter in Utah, but he also continues to travel the world as a inspirational keynote speaker sharing his experiences of Triumph.
