We transform communities so Black children experience justice, peace, healing, opportunity, and abundance. We envision global liberation and reparations where Black people experience radical love of self, community, and planet. Our theory of change focuses our work on education, leadership development, community organizing, and social entrepreneurship. Areas of expertise include youth development, media/communications, racial equity, and multi-sector collaboration.
