Through careful evaluation of your current policies and procedures of credit and collection departments, I will help to determine your immediate needs. Either by conducting proper credit investigations of your new and current clients, securing your receivables through preliminary notices or perhaps developing an internal collection process to lower your DSO. I will collect your Bad Debt accounts and/or supply temporary assistance with client contacts. My goal is to solve your internal process and help you improve your cash flow to prevent the need of third party collections.
