Jones Assurance Property Management was founded in December of 2016 when our team got together to discuss how we could meet the needs of investors/property owners. Our objective is not to just collect rents and deal with tenants, but we saw the need to build a company in which we can assist investors from the beginning of the purchase process all the way through management. We keep up to date market data to assist our investors in realizing their true return on each property, and we make it a point to let our investors know what is going on in the markets around their properties. We also believe that investors should never have to worry about whether or not their home is being taken care of. We've come to find that many property managers just collect rent and do nothing to keep your property in good condition.
