JLM Retail was founded by CEO & Managing Director Jeffrey Montang. Jeff has decades of experience in the retail and outlet industry. He's a retail generalist with expertise in national and international real estate, sales enhancement programs, operational control systems and company policies and procedures. He also has strong capability in new store openings, training, loss prevention and field management. Jeff has supported retailers in the areas of site selection, lease negotiations, rent reductions and all aspects of store sales/operations. Jeff specialises in negotiating leases with malls, airports and outlets (under normal formats and under conditions of tight financial times). He's negotiated out of 160 lease and closed locations and has a strong breadth of experience in running all aspects of a 250+ store field group. Previously, Jeff was the VP of Sales and Real Estate for AM Retail Group, with a portfolio including Wilsons Leather Outlets, G.H. Bass & Co., Andrew Marc Outlets, Calvin Klein Performance, Vilebrequin.
