PROLIFIC is a talent agency founded in 2020 by a group of former athletes and change agents that shared an altruistic burden to ensure that athletes across the world have access to the resources, coaching and mental health support to successfully transition to life, leadership and service post sport. PROLIFIC is committed to developing the next generation of world changing leaders through a development strategy focused on three areas: Access to opportunity Exposure to best demonstrated practices Coaching both emotionally and professionally Their goal is to provide the same level of support that athletes received while in sport outside of it.
