Our candidates are professional and demanding and often not attracted by advertising, but by networking and word of mouth relating to the service they receive at Proprius. We have found that organizations often have difficulty identifying suitable candidates for these specialist roles and are frequently frustrated by the level of service provided by other suppliers, which tend to be more generalist I.T recruitment agencies. Our clients prefer to recruit using a niche agency, especially as the rates charged are very similar to that of a generalist supplier, whilst providing a ’Search and Select’ level of service in a contingency format.
