In Her Power is a leadership and wellness initiative, that supports Women of Color Leaders who are doing amazing work from the trenches and in communities impacting millions of lives. Our purpose is to address the trauma and stress many of these leaders are experiencing in this current social and political climate. Many women are suffering privately and ultimately succumbing to health and emotional challenges. This is a public health crisis that this project addresses directly.
