Tater Farms is a family-owned and operated business that was started in the mid-1970s by Frank and Polly Johns. Originally harvesting Potatoes and Cabbage but has since phased those out. In 2004, Tater Farms planted their first crop of turfgrass. Since then, sod has become the main crop and has grown to over 4,000 acres of improved grasses. We grow several different varieties of turfgrass allowing for the right product for your project.
