We advise clients in several areas including the structure and operation of closely held and family businesses as well as working with the owners in developing estate and business succession plans in the most tax efficient manner possible. Our transactional practice area assists clients acquiring, selling or reorganizing their businesses. Specialty areas of our practice provide services to clients involved in matrimonial and family matters, business and estate litigation and business workouts and reorganization.
