Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center S.C.
www.myaasc.comBoard-certified in allergy and immunology, Dr. Gary C. Steven, MD, PhD and Dr. Donald A. Bukstein, MD along with their staff operate a state-of-the-art allergy and asthma referral center in southeastern Wisconsin. We provide the full range of allergy services for both children and adults. Since our incorporation in 2003, the staff of the Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center – a nurse practitioner, three clinical nursing staff, four clinical research staff and four front office personnel – have worked hard to develop the facilities and expertise to meet the needs of all allergy, asthma and sinus patients. AASC offers various services to fulfill your allergy, asthma and sinus needs. Some of these are nitric oxide testing, asthma education, exercise challenges, allergy testing, fiberoptic rhinoscopy and scuba diving fitness evaluation. In addition to these services, we are one of three offices in the state that perform daily pollen counting, enabling more accurate data reporting for pollen levels within the community. Most of all, Dr. Steven, Dr. Bukstein and their staff offer support to patients and the community through programs like the American Lung Association–Wisconsin Chapter. Services offered: - Allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis - Asthma & related lung disorders - Acute and chronic sinusitis - Urticaria and angioedema - Stinging insect and food allergies - Clinical trials of new medications and devices for allergic rhinitis and asthma Special programs: - Exercise challenge testing using a treadmill - Exhaled nitric oxide analysis for better asthma care - Fitness evaluation for asthmatics interested in scuba diving - Fiberoptic rhinoscopic evaluation of upper airways and laryngeal symptoms - Daily pollen counting
