We are specifically geared toward assisting companies grow their business through acquisitions and capital raises in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible. We also offer other services including investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, recapitalization, restructuring, and strategic advisory services. Our predecessor company, CloverLeaf Capital, has been in the corporate finance/investment banking business since 1999. Cloverleaf and now VenturePLUS is a leader and innovator in facilitating capital raises and providing strategic and financial advisory services to the early stage and middle market companies.
