Project Just Because (PJB) is a non-profit organization that helps individuals and families in need throughout Massachusetts. We provide items such as clothing, food, school supplies, toys, toiletries and small household items year-round. Founded in 1998 as a grassroots effort, we became an official 501 (c)(3) charity organization in 2004. Get Help, Give Help General Requests - provides basic necessities such as clothing, toiletries, bedding, etc. year round. Keep a Family Warm - distributes new coats, hats and mittens. Back to School - provides backpacks filled with school supplies. ect Just Because provides; Domestic Abuse & Emergency Assistance - helps victims get back on their feet in a dignified manner. Food Pantry - provides perishable and non-perishable food to Hopkinton families every other week. Holiday Programs - distributes warm clothes, blankets, books, and toys to over 15,000 children annually. Cancer Care Packages - provides patients with helpful items to ease treatment and recovery. Gluten-Free Food - offers gluten-free food to residents of Massachusetts every other week. All items donated.
