This had taken several years of gathering nutritional research and developing new processes. Quick cooking barley has a neutral taste and will absorb any spice/flavour that it is cooked in. Progressive Foods Inc. focuses on creating new opportunities for Canadian farmers by increasing the value of barley, our ancient grain, by unlocking its inherent potential as a tasty, healthy and convenient alternative to rice, pasta or potato. It is also our mission to provide a sustainable return to barley growers and processors.
