The “U” stands for "urban", the “R” for "rural". Design Collaborative? U+R is the result of a partnership between Curtis Fish and Delineations, Inc., Marble Falls, to offer additional services in expanded regions. Delineations, led by Jerome Rugen, which has over 30 years in the design business and hundreds of projects under its belt in the Texas Hill Country region, supports U+R’s staffing, operations, and adds immense local and regional expertise. This collaborative relationship affords U+R tremendous flexibility to appropriately staff and technically support a range of project types and sizes with unique expertise.
