Our mission is to normalize conversation around mental health and provide gentle reminders to our community of their inherent self-worth by emphasizing the importance of self-care in hopes of creating a future in which suicide and self-harm become things of the past. In our effort to make suicide & self-harm things of the past, we hope to empower a community of educated and empathetic individuals who are eager to show care and demonstrate compassion toward one another. Given that mental illness can often go undetected, in addition to offering clothing products as conversation starters, we are wanting to provide you all with helpful resources that promote awareness and hopefully strengthen your confidence to engage in difficult yet healing conversations with those in your community who may be feeling isolated.
