Pilates Pointe Ltd & TrapDoor Performing Arts School is a privately owned studio specialising in MK Pilates teacher training , Dance and Performance skills. All teachers are performance professionals or rehabilitation specialists. Originating from a performing arts, fitness or rehabilitation background our teachers are all highly qualified in their chosen area of expertise. We believe that an intimate and safe environment allows our clients to develop strength quickly allowing them to feel confident and secure in their abilites. Facilities include: • Mirrored Dance Studio with recording and playback facilities. • Two traditional Pilates rooms both with a Cadillac, Reformers, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel & Spine Corrector. • Individual shower and changing facilities.
