SMART INDUCTION CONVERTER TECHNOLOGIES S.L. (SiCtech Induction) is a start-up company located in the Scientific Park of the University of Valencia with the purpose of the research, engineering, manufacturing and marketing of advanced power converters. The business model of the company is based 1) in the knowledge, with a strong R & D activity for the research of innovative solutions for the development and commercialization of power converter modules with advanced functional features for different applications such as industrial induction heating, industrial laser, medical systems, e-mobility, motor control, renewables, etc., to be integrated in more complex systems and 2) in offering advanced R & D services in Power Electronics to companies in the sector. The founders of SiCtech Induction are Professors of the Department of Electronic Engineering of the Engineering High Technical School of the University of Valencia with more than 30 years of experience in the design and development of power converters for industrial applications such as induction heating, telecomm, laser, battery chargers electric vehicles etc.
