Park Equine Hospital is a veterinary clinic situated on 25 acres of Kentucky Bluegrass in the city of Lexington. It is a full service equine facility consisting of climate controlled exam and treatment rooms, surgical suites, padded induction/recovery room, 22 stalls (including isolation), and 8 paddocks. Services include surgery, medicine, ambulatory care, reproduction, sports medicine, and podiatry. 24 hour emergency care is offered at both locations, along with a full service laboratory and a pharmacy containing a drive through window. From its beginnings in 2001, Park Equine Hospital quickly grew in size and popularity within the local Winchester community. Shortly thereafter, PEH moved to its current location in Lexington, near the border of Fayette and Bourbon county. PEH continued to grow, helping out more and more clients and patients along the way. In the summer of 2015, Park Equine Hospital at Woodford was established in the beautiful city of Versailles. The new Woodford hospital is located at 3550 Lexington Road, Versailles, KY, just a few miles west of Keeneland racetrack.Today, both full service equine hospitals are open 24 hours a day.
