Regenfirst was established in 2002 by senior local government managers with a track record of innovation, leadership and delivery of some of the most challenging regeneration programmes in England including the London Borough of Newham’s Arc of Opportunity. Over the past 10 years, as Regenfirst, we have undertaken a wide range of regeneration work for local authorities, the private sector and local partnerships. Our geographical focus has been predominantly on London, working across all sub-regions but with a particular emphasis on East London and the Thames Gateway including the Olympic sites. Our key strengths are our recognised and proven track record of delivery including via Public Private Partnerships (PPP), our extensive experience of working across the full political arena, our partnership building skills and our up-to-date knowledge of planning and regeneration policy.
