Alongside a small group of outside investors, we will be putting up our own capital in addition to actively managing the business on a daily basis. You will not be selling to faraway number crunchers looking at spreadsheets of their returns in your business. You will be working directly with us and we have the ability to own the investment indefinitely. We are supported by seasoned advisors with a wealth of management and leadership experience in our targeted industries, as well as extensive experience in closing successful acquisitions.
