Employ BR is an integral part of the Workforce Development System designed to provide an integrated workforce delivery environment for our customers – both employers and job seekers. Employ BR is responsible for programs and services within East Baton Rouge Parish which are funded under Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014. Employ BR partners with federal, state, local governments, colleges, schools, and community and faith based organizations in the delivery of comprehensive workforce development services.
