Propeye-Home® is an early warning data product, that gathers and analyses data, in real time, from any heating and hot water system, regardless of the energy source. A notification is sent to an appointed engineer, at the first sign of a system fault or potential emergency. Not only does Propeye-Home® detect the fault, but it diagnoses the problem, suggest’s possible test’s/remedies, along with parts that may be required, eliminating the usual frustrations experienced by heating engineers and their customers. Analysed data is provided by way of the managerial desktop version and also the engineers’ UI, enabling a prompt and effective response. The data may be easily shared with the customer or end user by way of a smart phone or tablet.
