We brew smoother alternatives that capture everything inventive about craft culture without the taste overload. Using only the finest ingredients and most advanced equipment, we stand up for people who want more from their beer, but not so much that they can’t drink two. The MBC team has a wide range of knowledge that helps us brew smarter. From process to equipment, we do things a little differently to make the best beer possible. Midland Brewing Company re-opened in 2016 to focus on what we do best: brew great beer. Our selections are now canned for maximum freshness and accessibility, and we’re focusing on a few of our favorite varieties. We are currently remodeling, with a new pub and beer garden opening in February 2017.
