The mission of Nehemiah Gateway is to help and empower people to shape and determine their lives in dignity and independence. We do this through programming that focuses on education and humanitarian assistance. Most of our work takes place in Pogradec, Albania, although we have coworkers in four countries and partner programming all over the world. Nehemiah Gateway USA is the US office of an organization that does most of its work in Albania. Offices in Germany (Nuremburg and Berlin), and Switzerland support the work. Partners in Israel, Uganda, Tanzania, and a handful of countries amplify our impact every year.
